Grey Goose Le Fizz vodka cocktail | Eat My Words

Following our intimate Grey Goose vodka masterclass with Joe McCanta, the mix master was kind enough to share his signature cocktail, the Grey Goose Le Fizz with us. Something tells me I’ll be making jugs of Le Fizz all summer long.

Makes 1
30ml Grey Goose vodka
15ml St Germain elderflower liqueur
15ml freshly squeezed lime juice
5ml sugar syrup (optional)
75ml chilled soda water

Method
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Pour the vodka, St Germain, lime and sugar syrup over the ice.
Shake briefly.
Double strain into a chilled flute.
Top with the soda and garnish with a stirrer.
